Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs).
EIRs work with Zone Reactor and its customers to launch new companies. EIR candidates should have experience in starting companies, including the analytic skills to create a business strategy for an emerging technology and the technical skills to help Zone Reactor customers develop a prototype. Experience raising funds for a company is a large plus. The ideal candidate also has experience at the CXO or VP level in a large corporation as well as a technical degree and an M.B.A. To learn more about our current EIRs, refer to the Team page.

Senior Management.
As companies approach early stage funding, they need experienced senior management to take the company to market. Typically these early stage companies need CEOs, CTOs, CMOs and Business Development executives to turn a business plan into an operating company. Qualified candidates should have senior management experience at technology companies and a track record of starting successful new organizations.
